RE: RE: town ordinance

RE: RE: town ordinance

Go spam somewhere else.  Just because V.Min is not close to a town or population does not mean it can forgo environmental requirements by state and federal laws. V.min must still apply for permits by ADEQ and EPA . This is an onerous process and a costly one that requires years of data. Curis had permits approved years ago by BHP copper and they are trying just to reissue them and ADEQ and EPA are taking their time with the application. They want more detail on engineering data, wells and water and drain patterns for the past 20 years, etc. Even when curis has extensive data from BHP 15 years of test rsults more are needed for permits. Curis appiled more than a year ago and still havent got TEST permits. Also V.min lacks PEA (premilinary economic assessment), DFS, an econonmic plan, environmental insurance (enough money to be held in escrow for state and federal  authorities in case there is an environmental lapse and V.min goes bankrupt). So coppertop -   sounds like you are trying to play a penny stock V.min - lets not compare apples to oranges (I know Curis can be considered a penny stock too). V.min management keeps diluting shareholder value and Grandrich use to be a big pumper of Curis with his comments. He now has a new copper play so go figure. Oh by the way where is V.min going to get their water supply that is needed for the in situ process?  Is it ground well water, river? Without water the project is going no where.  Curis if it ever gets this project going will buy out V.min in 8 to 10 years and they will only pay for what the land is worth..... not much.
