RE: What delay ?

Althought the market doesn't like it, I think this is tremendous news. RIM needs scale, and licensing is the way to go. I would like confirmation on whether licensed phones will still pay a fee to RIM for using BIS. If so, you could license BB10 for free ala Google with Android, and just rake in the high-margin service fees.
