at present, the benchmark being used to value phone book companies is very low and comes from a private equity firm for the AT&T deal.

the deal is structured such that both firms partake in the upside and i don't believe that:

1. this reflects the actual multiple of business disposal

2. Yellow media should be compared to this deal, because yellow media is superior in all operational metrics.
