Based on the Daylight sale, Mr Woods was Board Chair at Daylight, most shareholders received a solid premium, certainly over the then distressed price. I wouldn't expect anything less than NAV.

PS I am a buyer going into tomorrow night's earnings release. If 2012 cash flow is anything like $1.60 the present $2.92 pps will look awfully cheap.
