In 2009 the Company was named as a defendant in a lawsuit related to a low-ranking employee 
dismissal. Pursuant to recent discussions, the amount under consideration is approximately $63. The 
Company believes this lawsuit has no merit whatsoever and that its outcome would have no material 
effect on the Company’s operations or financial condition.
