Yes, do you have a better theory for why he and the rest of management would support such a deal?

 

Accusing someone of something is the first step to figuring out if it is true or not.

Unfortunately, there is no law that requires management to report their relative stakes in a company's debt to the best of my limited awareness. I think that this information if brought to light would be incredibly useful and valuable.

Is this not information that you would want to be made aware of?

How do you recommend figuring it out? Just asking
