I want to say something but I'll be nice.

I think this PP is just giving some an opportunity to get into or p/u more WOF.

Watch and see at how quick the PP is filled.  This will answer some of your questions.

Save the emails but you probably won't hear news until the PP is filled.

I'm still thinking Sept.

I wouldn't mind getting a piece of that PP though.
