I'm in agreement -

Here is an alternative/my perspective with the caveat that I'm no expert. I would think Aldrin is effectively the next venture for this management team, and much of its success will hinge on what happens with MRP. If Aldrin is gearing up, that to me is a signal that things are going to wind up very nicely for Mira. This will bring them goodwill into the next project, and that is part of the point of having a relatively quick win. As for the warrants...the company has been pretty explicit about their intentions, even though they have a backup plan. The warrants are a burden if a sale is the chosen course of action. It wouldn't surprise me if an offer did come in and was kicked back. Of course that is speculative, but would have been the correct course of action in my view. Get them out of the way before proceeding. This volume is coming days before some major events are likely to occur. The block trades that we have no idea about, managed to wrestle free an additional 700K with buyers ready to absorb at the same level. Seems like a ploy to me. There are also reputational issues at play with other companies involved. I highly doubt they would be publicly signed on to an empty pump. All in all there are so many positives here that greatly increase the probabilities of making some excellent gains. I try not to get too bogged down by incremental price movements and like to think about the road to the final goal, not just the goal itself. It all makes a lot of sense to me so far. There is a huge amount of information asymetry going on here so, as IP says, call the company and talk to them. It seems like those who have are pretty comfortable about the risk/reward in this situation. All that said, I could always have gotten it wrong, but that's the game. Everyone has their own ideas. Later
