Food for thought...

Food for thought...

let's put some facts together:

  • the asset value alone of yng is presumably around 50 to 80 cts per share
  • Large mills and staff result in a huge basis of fixed costs which convert to high costs per ounce on small production figures
  • the break even, as stated by Baldock is around 7500 oz per month or 22500 oz per quarter, give or take. So every ounce over break even is net profit in full
  • just extrapolating the calculated cpo on higher production figures results in wrong forecasts
  • yng GETS PAID for the surplus over $800 POG per ounce produced and delivered under the gold forward agreement. Please read the terms.
  • yng still invests heavily in new rolling stock and CD duties
  • yng produced 11000 ounces within 20 days which translates to 49500 ounces per 90 days, if they can keep that rate up!!! Hello, that would be around 200.000 ounces per year!!!

Any thoughts?
