BCSC 43-101 rules

BCSC 43-101 rules

What ticks me off, is that I am one of the stockholders that called I/R today twice and asked 2 different people if there were any issues with the BCSC and was told by 2 different people NO, the report is fine. I read this as a compliant report was not filed, not that a report was not filed. I like the post of the guy who quickly morphed into a crow, put me there also. I guess we are going to have to rely on our on board geologists, as hard as that might be for some.....so here's to Ovis and Bloom.....it apprears to this novice that the disputed report had both capped and upcapped reserves, do you think that deleting the uncapped part would help? Also, I noted in the final Rubicon report P. George was allowed to talk about poetential reserves in that report, so I assume that is allowed. Is there a quick fix here? Here is the BCSC policiys for 43-101's
