IMO the BCSC has a huge deficiency in that it has a huge lack of transparency. The BCSC should be articulating exactly what their concerns are. They are governement employees. Complain to your member of parliment and ask to put some stick about.

 

The BCSC might well be doing the right thing but they need to be up front and provide verifiable details backing their decision. But they won't do that. They have some BS reasons. So we are stuck with a non transparent BCSC. When the BCSC isn't transparent they are open to being gamed. A geol working for a bank could ask the right questions to trigger an investigation. I doubt that is the case with BGM since the report deficiiences are obvious to anyone who has read more than a couple reports, but still transparency would be nice for the retail investor.

 

Come clean BCSC!!!
