RE: Peter Goerge

RE: Peter Goerge

IMO Peter George is toast.

The real question is what will the BCSC do with Dr. Yin? Remember that Dr. Yin was a QP on the June 28th news release. And Dr. Yin presumably read the June 28th draft, otherwise he had no business signing-off and approving the press release.

In the end, I would not be surprised to see a BCSC disciplenary action against the QPs and BGM in a style not unlike the Brent Glen Jardine affair from 2007 -- Mr. Jardine spoke of a rivery of gold and then the company failed to produce a supporting NI43-101 report.

So in a way the Cow Mountain affair is some what like the Brent Glen Jardine affair. BGM issued a press release talking about 10M ounces of gold and they have failed to deliver a compliant technical report that supports that claim. I wonder if saying sorry and tossing Peter George and Dr. Yin under the train (remember that train that was going to haul the ore out of the mountains) is even an option -- it may be necessary but will it be sufficient?

Mr. Holland sounds p*ss*d in that press release and this definitely isn't good for BGM's future IMO. So, will the company trade again before those end of August convertiable bonds come due? That is the question.
