RE: RE: RE: RE: Conference call...
RE: RE: RE: RE: Conference call... 13 -excellent question. No one can say definately 'yes' or 'no' ... but BioExx did spend a lot of time and $$ to find a new external CEO and ended up with an internal accountant for the job... my business take is , IF a prominant and reputable person in the industry took the job, the probability of both interest and action toward a JV agreement, etc. would have been significantly raised since this would have given BioExx a greater foundation for leadership, credibility, integrity, and business prominence and confidence in the market...significantly... but then such a person would have probably 'cleaned house' and brought their own people in - of which most of the current management would have been ousted ... but then, mangement seems to have as their promary mandate to sustain their compensation - as well as does the BOD ... KPMG left - why? and why doesn't mgt. lower their compensation package if they are serious in lowering costs AND are confident of the future? Can you answer that?
