What a scam! I am an explorer from Europe. The reason I invested in LFD was the play in Kurdistan. I knew the play very well and I thought LFD will ride high when the well is drilled and tested. I thought that Canadian companies are as serious as in Europe. In hindsight I wish I would have done some research on the management and their performance. At the time of investment I thought that they have done a good job in indentifying and securing the highly prospective block in Kurdistan. What a shame that the acreage was sold without drilling a well. I thought I will at least recover some of my losses when 10c divident was announced but that turned out to be an illusion as well. I have now learned my lesson and this will be my last investment on Canadian Exchange. Good Bye to all who have been disappointed with the performance of this company. I must say I have never experienced such a mess.
