what aboit the call centers? Didn't someone report that DL mentioned (at the recent info session) a flawless test in South America, in which the client was entirely satisfied after a few short minutes. And on the radio program from a couple days ago, DL referred to this is, I think, in mentioning that commerical applications of the technology have been 100% accurate? Did he not refer to contracts and something like $100million? Can anyone refresh my memory here?
