RE: US Listing and Consolidation

RE: US Listing and Consolidation

Ok first of all ... I do not like share consolidation or a downward split ... like who would get excited about losing some shares .....

BUT .... having said that it is my opinon that this may be just the answer to increase the shareprice. All of us when we purchased this stock, knew or should have known that there are reasons we got it for the price we did and a great big one of those reasons was the amount of outstanding shares.

We all knew or should have known that a billion outstanding shares considerably affects investor confidence and I have seen many potential shareholders not buy for that reason. It also affectst not only the share price today but the ceiling shareprice that could ever be reached even with increased production.

For any of us that have been involved in this stock for a long time, we had an idea that the mill required a total overhaul and that does not happen overnight or for free .... it has cost dearly to get the mill where it is today and now that we are pretty well complete and steadily increasing production, this seems to be the time to take the next step and consolidate the shares.

At least in my opinion, this can only make the stock more attractive to new and other investors and if that is the case, that is a good thing !

I also have to agree that it would benefit a gold mine in the US to be listed on the New York stock exchange.

Best of fortune to all .... Gerry
