Is it just me or does this seem incredibly undervalued?

If you assume their gas production is worth
and multiply their 4400 boe/d oil/liquids production by a conservative $85,000 per flowing barrel I think it would be worth $4.40 on a take out scenario.

I am sure other companies would be taking a look at this at these low prices.
