RE: The Numbers & Cash flow Positive

RE: The Numbers & Cash flow Positive

Numbers look good.

If we can hold the support @ 0.40, it will be a good base to run into the 0.50's really quick.

Lots of potential for SAS:

a) Record production, if this maintains, the market will reward

b) Low valuations for juniors and if there is a recovery, very good upside

c) Look forward to future drilling results, very good potential to significantly increase resources given historic results around the Timmins belt. Hopefully the Taylor project will be a success.

d) Looking at their presentations, SAS is still undervalued compared to its peers. For example, in their May presentation (not sure what the numbers look like now) but market cap / ounce was about 1/2 less than the median.

e) Still $200 million of deferred tax pools to use up.

f) Still surprised no big boys came in make an offer, why not take SAS out at 0.80 rather than later at a much higher price?

g) POG potential upside

Of course there are potential downside too that the POG could tank, further downside risks for juniors etc but the potential positive seems to outweigh the negative.

Could this be a $2 stock? That's the million dollar question, do your own DD. Thoughts?
