recent early edge volume ?

recent early edge volume ?

I guess it obviously has something to do with the london trading 5 or 6 hours ahead of us but why is edge opening with big volume off the bat ? Does London put the trades through here somehow at the opening ?

Just curious as to why and how this is happening /
