Yes the share dilution and lingering drought of contract announcements is worrisome.

What has me even more concerned is the lack of tangible Bid interest and support.  very few bidders here!

if .42 doesn't hold, then this could get hit hard.   

This is the time for insiders to step up and bid.  It looks like we'll see how much they care about share price soon enough.
