To get the answer I phoned and directly asked about the warrants and was told the 16th of August was the date they expire. Subsequently I found in a Feb 24th 2011 filing on SEDAR (approximately 300k) https://sedar.com/FindCompanyDocuments.do the issue date was stated as February 16th with expiry in 18 months. That's today and confirms what I was told or vice versa. Can't link directly so you'll have to go look it up. Later.
