Your explanation that the "delay has everything to do with the world economic events" is possible.  So let's examine this as a possiblity.  While long term tungsten prices forecasts seem relatively stable, IMC may have indeed seen something that has changed its views.   Fair enough.  Following that arguement, do you reasonably expect IMC's new view of the world to change in the next week or month or two?  I doubt it.  If the long term picture has changed, it has changed. That's the nature of long term forecasts. So if IMC's view of the long term global outlook has changed, that means IMC would back out of the deal or want to sit on the fence longer term so as to wait until their outlook became clear (either a go or no go on the WOF deal).  That means if the delay is due to world economic events, then we may be waiting quite a while while things sort themselves out. Time WOF doesn't have with its current cash burn.
