There is only 2.2 mil NOT 4.6 as Buckrod stated because there is 2.4 direct liability that can not be used. And at any time the Romsberg can call in their 6 mil loan when the covenant of going concern is breached why will they want until they have to auction off assets at 5 cents to the dollar like the last 10 mil useless auction that got them less than half a mil
