The previous presentation pointed out the the MOU with the Bank of Korea is based on Sangdong's equity value, not on the IMC deal. Therefore as long as the BoK likes the DD results of Woulfe's Sangdong mine it will be worth much more to each shareholder with IMC just being an off-take customer as opposed to partner.
