That would sound reasonable if it was selling into the market (pushing the price down), but the volume bought the market up so I think that theory is flawed. I'm still thinking this is insider information which dundee couldnt resist buying in to. Those who have followed woulfe with me over these last couple years have all seen this pattern a week or two before some big and unexpected news shoots the share price up.
