How can VST drill when they have no money? In todays market it will be very hard to find a partner who is willing to give up their cash. Particularily when they have to team up with the morons who control VST.

I spoke to Sid 4 - 5 weeks ago. He told me they wouldn't be drilling until Nov. or Dec at best.
