Who determined if a claim is valid? Those great people that brought you the 5.5 cents a share price adn those sam egreat people that sold the operations from under our feet. So I suggest you look at that 12.5 cents ( I still say it may be less as the Canadian $ has risen again)as the whole amount you;re going to possibly get, as the escrow will be burned up paying AGA and Go claims... and the various legal costs and such that they will use to burn off the rest... Since those thieves in South Africa now know that us Canadians are powerless to stop their thievery...
