why are you so sure there's a delay in signing of the licensing agreement with Valshire?

 

E mails from the company stated that they hoped to close the deal soon. There will be a NR because anything that is material to a company must be disclosed & this is certainly material. Not only that do you not think management wants to get good news out to the market?
