Hemostemix Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage biotechnology company. Looks like SK bought some shares again yesterday. I think too late for you too match though (you gave him a week and he fell short by a few days).

This is the first time I've seen SK buy on two seperate occassions post a quarter. Hopefully him and the rest of the team keep this up. Would be a good signal.
