We must assume this problem has already been resolved since it is material information that would have to be passed on to investors. The poor translation of the article may be improved by some one on this board, but it seems that a law suit was threatened unless the problem was resolved and there has been no mention of a law suit so the problem has probably been resolved based on the threat.
