RE: RE: Hypothetical situation

RE: RE: Hypothetical situation

Hey Ovis if a tender was made for $3 would you tender or would you wait for the stock to come back to trade and try to get a better price?

It doesnt matter really how the $3 came to be.   Really what a bid for $3 would mean is some company would know they are getting this deal for a sale price.   So essentially it means that a major believes Frank and their story and that there is in fact the gold there that has been stated.   Just not confirmed.

If there was anytime to make a buyout pitch now is the time.   Shareholders are disgruntled with this back and forth banter from the BCSC and from analysts that they probably would simply tender their shares to save the headache.

Unless people get this discussion out early in the event that this buyout opportunity does happen.   At least people can put some real thought into this before hand and have good frank discussions.
