Endeavour Mining plc is a United Kingdom-based multi-asset gold producer focused in West Africa. The Company has five operating assets consisting of the Hounde and Mana mines in Burkina Faso, the Ity and Lafigue mines in Cote d’Ivoire, and the Sabodala-Massawa mine in Senegal, two greenfield development projects (Assafou and Kalana) in Cote d’Ivoire and Mali and a portfolio of exploration assets on the highly prospective Birimian Greenstone Belt across Burkina Faso, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, and Guinea. The Hounde mine is located in the northern part of the highly prospective Hounde Greenstone Belt, approximately 60 kilometers (km) south of the Mana mine. The Ity mine is located in western Cote d'Ivoire, 480 km west-northwest from Abidjan, in the prefecture of Zouan-Hounien. The Mana Mine is located approximately 200 kms west of Ouagadougou, the capital of Burkina Faso. The Sabodala-Massawa Mine is approximately 640 kms southeast of Dakar, the capital of Senegal.

Here is the link for that show - Commodities, it's the middle section when they talked about EDV. The whole show was good you should all watch the entire 30 minutes. The CEO of BTO was on first and I used to own that stock (as late as this year). I only sold BTO because the entire gold sector had been dead money since 2011 that's why I left , BTO was fine.

I used to own AVR that's why I'm still interested in what happened to that company. Looks like EDV has a good pick up here. I was lucky enough to "escape" from AVR last year with a small profit when its SP started to crumble. Last year AVR was a $2+ stock and I "grudgingly" (luckily in hindsight) pulled the plug when it fell to $1.90. The problem was they missed earnings two quarters in a row and that's a very bad sign of management incompetency. EDV seems to have a much better management team and I might get back to EDV when they absorbed AVR with all the kinks ironed out. You know, they always have issues when first absorbing another company. There's plenty of time there, no rush at all.
