This is entirely possible and if true it means that EXN management has completely missed the boat. The Ejido need to feel like the mine is a good thing and they are benefitting from it's existence. They need to feel like they are a partner in the equation. Otherwise, blockades will continue. Contracts probably don't mean a dang thing to them.
