in other words, since there is no direction in the markets right now, the game is tennis for the MM's, hoping to make a penny on the dollar going short and/or long.  The institutions dictate the direction of the market for now.  Any good news right now would be absorbed and lost to the MM's. VRS is better to wait until the markets have a firm direction.  I hope Sept will demonstrate which way the markets will head, as I suspect VRS will outperform the markets in the coming months.
