RE: RE: sale Current parties include three utilities (two regulated). Others have 'expressed interest' but those are the three who have a lead on the due diligience process. AQN has expressed (in their conference call) an interest in 'certain assets's of WND if a proper sale process was held.
WND's original hopefully process was two weeks to get advisors, two more to get bids. I would be surprised if anyone will be ready to make conditional bids within that two week period. I would guess closer to a month (having gone through this process before). Due diligence, possible price negotiation and closing will take a few months thereafter.
