No. It is definitely not a good indicator of a dropping share price just before news comes out. Correct me if I am wrong but was one of PDI's main contracts to do with an Inmet mine in Panama? If so, I just saw a news release that Franco Nevada was funding the Inmet project to the tune of $1 billion. That should be good news for PDI which might help the PTQ funding if they have guaranteed contracts.
