I don't think they will hold it for another year. I think they will hold it for a couple of months. I presume that they are not releasing it for one good reason, they don't want it to interfer in the negociation with the government and don't want to lose the asset to extremists.They will make sure that they have the legitimacy, and that all the new kyrgs laws are inforced by their partnership with the state. Imagine that last year they would have announce that the value of the project is in the tens of billions with the HRE, Be and all the other minerals. Right now, the "crazies" that are doing a good job of undermining the company over there would have had solid arguments to put their dirty hands with other local polical leaders on our asset.

 

They need to secure a partnership with the state first, settle the lawsuit and then and only then they will be sure that it is safe to put the numbers forward. Remember, the company is the only past producing rare earth facility, it has the infrastructure, the mine, a plant and a technology PROVEN to separate the ore. Why is it trading at a market value of 75 milions ? Risk...there is a risk and I think they are doing the best they can to ensure that our position is secure before making it to tempting for those "crazy" to take it away from us. IMO
