RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Coppertopper1 A full feasibility study will be released at the beginning of the year (or end of this year) with updated recovery and matallurgy results - I suspect they will be higher than 49% (IMHO 49% was the low end of the spectrum). Also permits should be issued anytime now - project will continue on and Town Ordinance will be dealt with??? Thats what I have been informed. Project is apparently on track and schedule. I think this will be a wait and see approach: first get the permits, phase 1 construction is ongoing and they expect to have sulfuric acid tanks on property within next couple of months. Phase 1 is going to start at the end of this year. How they are dealing with the Town Ordinance? I am not privy to that information but something is in the works. I think this thing will go back up to $1 easy if they get permits and start phase 1. They can mine state land for 8 years. Financing is in place for Phase 1. So next few weeks and month will be interesting. PS Town cited Curis for having barb wire on some portions of their fence on their property - but the town is full of prisons with fencing and extreme barb wiring. Go figure that one out .They are going after Curis anyway they can.
