Are you sure ?  You say that "a rough amortisation schedure would have $42M remaining" when the company may choose to redeem the debenture. But surely the full amount of the debenture will remain.  There is no prior reduction of the debenture by "amortisation" .Of course the debenture holders will likely choose to convert to common shares at that time, for they will be worth more than (~130%) their face value offered in redemption
