Well, go figure, a company founded by a venture capitalist trained by his brother Chris Verrico who is no stranger to junior mining stock plays...........seems that they have simply created yet another stock deal in a different package and called it a biotech company.  It sure sounds and reads like it could be the real deal if under the right management and direction.  So, knowing this, see if you can guess the next steps and take your chances.......you could make some money or lose some.  We just need to see who thinks they are really smarter than the market.  IMHO, I do see a stock accumulation going on by insiders and a potential rollback  before the next round of financing which is likely not too far off with their current burn rate........take your chances!
