RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: WOW..... Both sides of the discussion are equally valid imo. Grafoid news is great, but we are not going to profit from it in the short term as holders of FMS. These are foundations being built for gains a few years away yet.
By the time the Graphene aspect comes to the fore, i hope we have a fully functioning Graphite mining and processing operation up and running, selling product into the market. The short term (6-12 month targets) are what will matter here for the SP.
I do expect a stellar PEA, but I do not think that in itself can necessarily drive the price to new highs for example. The key milestones are offtakes and financing, in particular off-takes, it is the driver of value imo. Until we have confirmed customers leading us to money in the bank to build the mine, the PEA also stays in the realm of potential for me.
My position is very clear, this is the best Graphite play. We are still in choppy junior waters though, i have no reservations on that one.
At the end of the day I ask myself a number of questions. As an off-take partner who do i want to be in bed with? The lowest cost producer who can offer me the highest security of supply and potentially the best long term price, or someone else? As a financier, do i want to invest in the lowest risk venture, with off-take partners in place and best economic outlook long term, or someone else?
