RE: Column in Financial Post

RE: Column in Financial Post

Today I received the epozy voting paper from LFD. Item 2 is to vote for 6 new directors. Of this 6 new directors Amad Said is still there. I can not vote him out.  One director represents Goodwood but no director represents Salida. Salida owns 20% and Goodwood owns 12 % of LFD. Since Ahmad Said was not in my opinion worthy of staying there I would like to vote him out. However there is no voting item for that. The directors will be increased from 5 to 6. Again, why should we pay for one more

directors if 5 is enough. Because there are options and other things to pay for this extra person.  It seems the new team is better but there is no guarantee that these group might be doing the same  thing as the old one, that is, for themselves.  It is the changing  the colour of a table cloth. The only way as I see it is to liquidate the company once for all.
