The best names to own now are  PWT,  ZAR  ,SVY   ,  and in infrastructure  CUQ  is cheap. All  pay nice fat dividends    too  and are  below book value with   mucho upside.  For a risk  play   I  think  solar is   coming   back,   WFR and    FSLR and  SPWR  are names to  play,  but  not with a  lot of money.
