Preliminary Prospectus Filed

A Short Form Preliminary Prospectus was filed on Sedar today at 17:14. It does not appear in the press releases on the LSG website.

Does anyone have any insite into what this is about??

Also, I didn't receive the last press release by email about the Debenture Offering. Does anyone know why??
