Anyone knows the lawsuit against Calvalley by Al-Zarqa Electricity in relation to an agency agreement dated 19 December 1996 between Al-Zarqa Electricity and Calvalley mentioned in the above news? No wonder why its share price drop to $1.3 before the bidding news came out a few months ago.
