Body of Evidence Landmines

Body of Evidence Landmines

Do not give up your day job

1.  Did not comprehend the extent of the global economic downturn probably covered under remedy for breach of fiduciary duty ... try they developed a new modelling, sold assets,

2.  Huge disclosures beofre coverting of all risks probably their huge legal saving grace

3.  Goodluck as a fiduciary duty cannot be imposed unilaterally by one party

I support your effort but respect Bradford friends Credit default swap positions are the real money winners.

Just know he can saw he is a journalist and say whatever he wants you can say whatever you want and get sued for slander by all directors and management.

Well known I hate  these Bradford pump dump junk ( Criticized his "journalism"  From China, Hong Kong, US, and now Canada only London and Singapore left)  but if you retail eskimo buyers are looking for an easier win it would be failure to disclose which is something Bradford does better than most. Why failure to disclose? Unfortunately or fortunately (unfortunately to shareholders) you cannot unilaterally create a fiduciary relationship with another and thereby impose a fiduciary duty on that person.

If  breach of fiduciary duty was as simple as Bradford tells you then why did Stan Bharti net more money this month than he did all year?

FYI The only time Stan Bharti & Co. legally get  their fingers in the cookie jar  slapped is around  disclosure of communication issues like  failing to disclose.

Good luck to all Canadians and I look forward to London Bradford
