reality 101...part seven

reality 101...part seven

Aweel, ye of limited intelligence, ponder upon this:

There is a civil lawsuit filed against ChairmanFU (dang, but that sounds good!!), IEMR and DirectorDykes (that just rolls off your tongue, too, doesn’t it??).

Do you really think that those two could (or would want to) sit in the same room as McClay, Jefferies, Ash et al?

Also, it’s been 10 long months since ChairmanFu and DirectorDykes have had access to the company’s books. What has happened during that period of time? We seem to know that Kirkness mgmnt seems to have been removed, but at what cost, and how much of MSQ’s cash was spent by Kirkness during that 10-month period? What was the cost to the shareholders of the McPeak, Kessler, Voyticky fiasco? What has been the overhead in the last 10 months? Will a forensic audit have to be undertaken? Is there anything left in the kitty?

I’m sure that that incredibly talented legal team at Lawson, Lundell is advising the reinstated Chairman and Director to not rush in. Will letters of indemnity have to be signed, protecting the reinstated Chairman and Director from whatever happened over the last 10 months? No way would they want to be held responsible for running the ship on the rocks when their hands weren’t anywhere near the helm.

For ChairmanFu and DirectorDykes to lead, they must have a majority on the board; a mandate to move Cumo ahead; and the assistance of experienced, well-connected fellow directors who know what must (and can and will) be done.

Using a political analogy, MSQ at present has a lame duck president and a Senate that is likely to be on the way out.

Rest assured, the steady hands are likely ready and waiting in the wings but IMO, the deadwood has got to go first.

Heh, heh! Anyone else notice that the selling has dried up? Way to go, BCSC??? Tracking those trades???
