It's not a matter of credability...  It's a matter of logic.  They can't do a financing at 2 or 3 cents.  They have a responsibility as a JV partner to contribute more financially to the project with Fision.  They will need to get the share price up for another financing in order to continue.  Unless they hit some awsome discovery in the near future (would make me very happy as I bought 400k shares of the last finacing) I think that they will have to do a consolidation.  Another option would be to sell off some of their other holdings...

If I'm wrong you can stick your tongue out at me and say I have no credibility (-:  I've had many companies say they have no plans to consolidate and then boom... the do their roll back.

Time will tell...  So then what is your logic for why they will NOT need to do a consolidation? I higher share price and lower float would make the company more attractive to investors in my opinion.
