I noticed the appearance of the recent photos of the construction progress coincides with the SP move from the the low of the day. Interestingly this might suggest that there are investors with an itchy trigger finger who do not want to miss out. One of the best tactics by Orbite is the image gallery, IMO.

I call it "Pest Control".
Helps to keep the cockroaches in check!
