We wonder why the SP is low? Anyone who reads  a report like this wouldn't be bothered doing any dd. In a low profile company like Win especially in the US this is the only type of info the general public get. Thus the super low volume on the NASDQ. Only new deals (hopefully soon) will raise awareness. Until then we will be rangebound.
